June 8th Peak 5 adventure

Aloha Friday, On our way to Roxy's house on Old Ranch Rd we encountered this crane family with their two babies, how cool is that!! Our adventure turned into a treasure hunt under the Peak 5 chair. We found all sorts of goodies including a working lighter, camelback mouth piece, ski pole, some Martygraw beads and a goggle cleaner along with beer cans and plastic bottles that we hauled out to recycle as well on this steep climb. There were a few patches of snow to cool off in and the views of Canyons were amazing, a splendid hike indeed with terrific dogs. Roxy, Zoey, Annie & Gracie and Dryfus made up my 5 pack. Peace.
