June 4th adventure

Aloha, WOW, it was a HOT one today! To avoid the heat we went to Summit Park to hike their amazing and fun trails. Starting out on Short Stack, veering onto Road To WOS, on up to a small hut up Side Order trail back down WOS and home via Short stack made for a great 2 hr adventure. It was probably 5-10 degrees cooler with all the nice big shady trees. If you all have not been there, do it, it's very cool for hiking and biking. Just Follow Parkview Dr. to the top and you will see the trail head. Get off on the Summit Park exit and take a right at the Sinclair Station. Just watch out for bikers, it's a fast trail and keep an eye out for the friendly moose. Peace
