Steep start to our hike and even steeper to the peak on this gorgeous day. We stopped along the way to make improvements to our winter shelter structure and take some individual photos of each dog. I have to say that I was very impressed that each dog stepped right up to the plate for their shot and gave their best smile, well, almost all of them. It was quite comical and made for a good laugh. After that we blasted up to the old WOS shelter site for a water stop and hit the peak for a few minutes to check out the 360 degree views before running down the mountain. We just love Summit park for all it's beauty, killer trails, and scenic views. If you haven't been lately, I highly suggest you go and check it out. Great biking(short & sweet) amazing hiking!!
